Care is taken to protect your wine on its journey to you. Whether you choose standard or premium shipping (detailed below), you’ll need to sign for your delivery and we do not ship during extreme heat.

Standard Shipping

• Standard shipping is sent via Australia Post and includes P.O. Boxes.  Please note that deliveries are to Australian addresses only.

• Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

• Orders to metropolitan addresses are typically delivered 3-5 business days after dispatch. Orders to regional addresses are typically delivered 5-9 business days after dispatch.

• A person over 18 years with valid identification must be at the delivery location to sign for and receive the order.

• If no-one is at the delivery address, or if there is no-one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address with appropriate instructions.

• To ensure the quality of our wines, we do not dispatch orders during periods of extreme heat. Please be aware shipping delays may occur in such circumstances.

• Additional delays may also occur during peak activity periods.

Premium Shipping

Premium shipping is sent via Toll Priority and does not include P.O. Boxes. Please note that deliveries are to Australian addresses only.

• Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

• Orders to metropolitan addresses are typically delivered 2-3 business days after dispatch. Orders to regional addresses are typically delivered 3-6 business days after dispatch.

• Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.

• A person over 18 years with valid identification must be at the delivery location to sign for and receive the order.

• If no-one is at the delivery address, or if there is no-one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address with appropriate instructions.
